Order Cancellation

Wilts Workshop reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch and will provide a full refund in such circumstances.

Other than for legal or ethical reasons there is only one reason that orders are normally cancelled and that is the inability to confirm designs with the customer. Any order where a proof has been provided will be cancelled 10 working days after proof has been communicated; Wilts Workshop will endeavour to re-send proofs daily until the customer replies. The rationale behind this 10th day cancellation is intended to avoid disappointment with our interpretation of the original design request. Specifically to avoid the necessity of invoking the no refunds policy for custom/personalised orders.
